I. INTRODUCTION


Our company is committed to the protection of your personal data and regards its responsibility for transparent and secure data protection as a top priority.
Our data processing activities are a set of processes that are simple, transparent and familiar to all data subjects.
We inform you that we process your personal data in full compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: “GDPR” or “Regulation”) and Act CXII of 2011 on the right of informational self-determination and on freedom of information and regulation (hereinafter: “Info Act”).
The purpose of this notice is to ensure that you can learn about our privacy regulations regarding the processing of your personal data in a concise, transparent, comprehensible and easily accessible, clearly and comprehensibly formulated form.

III. WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED BY US?


Personal data means all information concerning you suitable for identification, such as your name, telephone number or e-mail address, as well as other personal data specified in the user agreement.
We may process personal data about you when you use the website creditonline.hu operated by us (see: cookies), or when you register to use the "Demo" version, as well as when you enter into a user agreement with us regarding the service and you are designated as the contact person necessary during the performance of the agreement.
We process the following personal data in particular:
•    your name, telephone number, e-mail address and the name of the company you are representing,
•    all communications exchanged with us or addressed to us by mail, e-mail, telephone,
•    cookies.
We do not conduct any data processing operations in relation to your physical or mental state of health, and your criminal records as sensitive personal data, and if such information comes to our attention from any source, we will immediately destroy or delete the same. We will act in the same way if it becomes clear to us that the service is being used by a person under the age of 18, i.e. we will immediately delete the data provided by them and terminate access to the service.
We do not process data in an automated manner, including profiling, except for the cookies related to the use of the website.


IV. FOR WHAT PURPOSES, FOR HOW LONG AND WHY DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?


We process your personal data because you registered with your data during the trial of the "Demo" version on the above-mentioned website and this is necessary for the performance of the service in accordance with the contract, and the same applies if the company or other legal entity that you represent (or that identified you as their contact person) concluded a user contract with us for the use of the service. Your data is processed for the purpose of administration necessary to perform the contract, making contractual declarations, handling complaints, maintaining customer relations, improving the service, and sending inquiries for marketing purposes.
We will keep your personal data as long as you are listed as a contact person for the company with which we have a business relationship. If you have provided us with your personal data during correspondence, we will process it for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose of the correspondence. We will keep the data processed with your consent as long as we have your consent to this end.
Please note that the part of the communication with us, which is necessary for complying with our legal obligations or possibly for legal enforcement against the user company, will be processed until the expiration of the deadline for the enforcement of claims under Hungarian civil law.


V. SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA


We follow strict security standards when storing and transmitting your data, as well as in protecting it against accidental loss, destruction and various types of damage or external attacks.
If personal data is submitted to us in electronic form, we store it in a separate room, on a physically locked and password-protected server, or in the framework of a state-of-the-art cloud service. In the case of paper-based data storage, the data storage devices are locked away in a separate room in our archives.


VI. INTERNATIONAL TRANSMISSION OF DATA


We do not transmit data to any company, public authority, or other legal entity located either within or outside the member states of the European Union.


VII. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA


Please note that we may share your personal data with the following third parties:
•    with government authorities, law enforcement agencies and other regulatory authorities, where we are legally required to respond to their inquiries,
•    with legal and other professional consultants, courts and law enforcement agencies during the enforcement of the rights of our clients or our company against you.

IX. YOUR RIGHTS


We inform you that you have the right to:
•    request information about whether we have personal data about you and, if we do, what data and for what purpose we store or process such data,
•    request access to your personal data, i.e. you have the opportunity to receive a copy of the personal data stored about you and thereby make sure that we have acted lawfully,
•    request the rectification of the personal data we manage, thereby supplementing or clarifying the same,
•    request the erasure of your personal data if we do not have a legitimate reason for their further processing, thus in particular, if the personal data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was disclosed to us (for example, because you no longer work for the company for which you were designated as the contact person), if your data was processed based on your consent and you withdraw such consent and there is no other legal ground for data processing (for example, you gave us your new e-mail address over the phone and in the meantime your legal relationship with your employer ended), you have objected to processing and there is no overriding legal ground for the processing, if we processed your data unlawfully,
•    obtain the restriction of processing of your personal data or request the suspension of the processing of your data (for example, if you want to establish the accuracy or the legal basis for the processing of your data),
•    request the portability of your data in order to receive your data in a widely used, machine-readable format and/or request us to forward these data to another data controller, where we process the data based on your consent (for example, you no longer wish to use the company information service from us but from a competing company),
•    withdraw your consent if you have agreed to the management, processing and transfer of your personal data for a specific purpose. You have the right to withdraw your consent to use for this specific purpose at any time. As soon as we are informed that you have withdrawn your consent, we will stop processing your data for the originally permitted purpose, unless we have another legitimate reason to continue the same.

We strongly emphasise that you need to provide certain information to enable the verification of your identity and to ensure your right of access or to exercise any other right, even if you wish to object to data processing. We consider data files included in the definition of cookies as published on the website of the data protection authority (NAIH) that is freely accessible to anyone.
We only uses cookies that are absolutely necessary for the use of the website creditonline.hu or that significantly facilitate its use.
